Superstition Mountain Golf Resort encompasses 860 acres adjacent to Gold Canyon Ranch in Pinal County. In 2007, Superstition Mountain Golf and Country Club broke ground on the Sports Club and Spa. JMI & Associates provided design services including paving, grading and drainage, water, and sewer improvements. |
 | Turtleback Mountain Preserve | a residential subdivision in Wickenburg, Arizona. Approximately 293 acres and will include approximately 134 single-family custom hillside residential lots. The site is located adjacent to the Hassayampa river, and includes extreme slopes and elevation differences and is crossed by multiple washes. The design focused on maintaining the existing vegetation, natural hillsides, and washes. JMI & Associates provided design services including lot layout, preplat, drainage, 404 permitting, paving, water, and sewer studies. |
